RAW MATERIALS

The raw materials we utilize are the best you can find on the market. Our cocoa blend contains superior cocoa varieties coming mainly from Central America (Arriba, Carupano etc.), they are fragrant and do not have bitter aftertaste. Hazelnuts are the pride of our production: they come only from Piemonte and are P.G.I. certified. Milk comes from Italy or France. Pistachios and almonds come from Sicilia.
