For manufacturing it we have selected PGI Piemonte hazelnuts (Tonda Gentile delle Langhe), Bronte pistachios and almonds from Sicilia even attaining 50% for some tastes, cocoa powder obtained from the best Central American varieties of cocoa, milk powder with 26% fat content, sugar and soy lecithin as emulsifier.
